There are 2 ways to have your team members use the Hitched CRM System.
Option 1: One "User"
Each team member:
- Uses the same log-in credentials
- Shares a tour calendar
- Has access to all leads
Option 2: Multi-User
Each team member:
- Has their own log-in credentials
- Has a separate tour calendar
- Has the ability to see leads only assigned to them
When multiple users are utilized, leads can be:
- Assigned to a particular team members
- Transferred to a different team member if needed
This feature can also allow you to track who the last team member was that sent a message or reached out to the lead.
