Some venues have multiple sales people on their team and need to be able to see different views.
- All Chats: All of the conversations that are inside of your venue's Hitched account
- My Chats: Conversations that are specifically assigned to a user
This is a smart filter inside the Conversations Tab that allows you to easily view the chats that are assigned to you.
To do this, simply use the following steps:
- Click the Conversation Tab
- At the top portion of the messages, you may find the options UNREAD, RECENTS, and ALL. Select the “All button”.
- Click on the Filter icon and select My Chat to filter out the messages that are assigned to you.
- If you no longer wish to use this filter, you may always click on the “ X Clear filter”.
