Under the Opportunities section on your dashboard, you will see 3 numbers listed.
Closed: opportunities that have been marked as “Booked”
Open: opportunities that are currently running through the system - they have not booked and they have not been put on DND
Lost: opportunities that have manually been put on DND and opportunities that have gone through the entire workflow without responding
