You can view and respond to your online reviews directly from your Reputations Tab.
On top of the page inside the Reputations Tab, click on Reviews. This should show all online reviews you have received from Google and Facebook, if you have chosen to integrate both of them. For information on how to integrate your reviews, CLICK HERE.
It will show you exactly what the client said about the venue, how many stars they have given, the date and time they left the review.
Below each review is a space for you to type in a reply, after that just click the Respond button.
