In order for you to understand the importance of scheduling your bookings with the Hitched CRM System, you need to know what all happens behind the scenes!
Once a booking is scheduled onto your Weddings Booking Calendar:
1. We are able to send a Congratulations Message
As a host to their upcoming wedding, sending over a congratulatory message builds a connection with your client. Also, the message can be used to inform them that you're more than happy to assist them with the wedding of their dreams.
This is a feature that you need to request to be turned on. You would also need to send us the message that you would like to go out.
Here is an example:

2. Other Automated Messages can be sent based on the Wedding Day
Depending on the needs of your venue, certain reminder texts and emails can be automatically sent out to your clients a certain number of days before their wedding. Again, this is a custom feature that would need to turned on and the specific wording sent to us.
