Error Codes & What They Mean

If you ever see a small red triangle while using the Hitched CRM System, this means that you have encountered an error with either the phone number or email that the client provided.

To view the error code, just point the cursor on the red triangle and the error code will appear.

SMS ERROR MESSAGE

If you are encountering some errors inside your Hitched CRM System, here is what it might mean:

  1. Error 30001 "Queue overflow:" You have EXCEEDED the MAXIMUM QUEUE LENGTH of your Twilio number or sender, or the message queued for longer than the Validity Period you specified in your API request.
  2. Error 30002 "Account suspended:" your Twilio account is currently SUSPENDED, for example, due to running out of account funds and not having auto-recharge configured.
  3. Error 30003: This error usually means the target device was UNREACHABLE for some reason, usually due to the DEVICE BEING OFF, LACKING CELLULAR RECEPTION, or the user CANCELLED their plan or ran out of prepaid data.
  4. Error 30004 "Message Delivery - Message blocked": Your message has been BLOCKED from reaching the destination.
  5. Error 30005 "Message Delivery - Unknown destination handset": The destination carrier is reporting the To number is UNKNOWN, or NO LONGER IN SERVICE.
  6. Error 30006: This almost always means a message was sent to a LANDLINE NUMBER that cannot receive SMS or an unreachable destination carrier.
  7. Error 30007: "Message Delivery - Carrier Violation": The destination carrier is FILTERING out your messages for delivery.
  8. Error 30008: This usually means there was an issue with the target device, THOUGH THIS ERROR IS MORE VAGUE. You may see this when sending to other VoIP numbers or non-mobile devices

The best thing to do is REACH OUT to that contact through their email (if that’s available) and get the correct phone number that would let you connect with them.
