Slack is an app on both Desktop and Mobile where all clients communicate with the support team at Hitched Marketing Co.
Please use Slack to ask all questions including technical support, meeting requests, and any other communication you may want to have with our team.
Downloading Slack onto Your Desktop:

Downloading Slack onto Your Mobile Phone:
To download slack via your mobile device, find Slack in the App Store or Google play store, then download Slack. Be sure to accept the pop-up to allow notifications to be shown on your phone!
Logging-In:
You will receive an email with an invitation to your Slack Channel. You only have to accept the invitation one time. So if you accept the invitation on your desktop, all you have to do is sign in to Slack once you download the mobile app, and vice versa. (If you accept the invitation using mobile, all you have to do is sign-in on the desktop.)
- Check your inbox for an email invitation from Slack
- Click "Join Now"
- Sign In using the Google account we sent the invite to
Once you’ve joined, it’s important that you download the slack app on your desktop and mobile device, then sign in! If your mobile app asks you for a Workspace URL: hitchedmarketingco.slack.com
Once you’ve joined, say Hi in your designated channel!
