Dashboard: Quick analytics of how your account is performing
Conversations: Where you will be spending most of your time. This is where all emails, texts, and phone calls come into the system. You want to ensure that your unread messages are always cleared by the end of the day.
Calendars: Where you can see a calendar view of your tours and bookings. You can also switch to “Appointments” to see a list view of everything you have booked.
Contacts: List of all contacts that are in the system, no matter what stage of the pipeline they are in.
Opportunities: Where you can see an overview of where each of your clients are within the pipeline stage. We say each client is considered an “Opportunity.” This is also where you can switch between different pipelines if you host other events outside of just weddings.
Payments: New feature… you will be able to send invoices through our system

Marketing: Main thing you will use under this tab are “Templates.” This is where you will go to edit our standard templates, as well as create your own. The Social Media Planner is also located under the Marketing tab.
Automation: This is the back-end of the system. We strongly advise that you reach out to us to start a conversation if you are looking to customize any of your campaigns.
Sites: More back-end of the system. Main thing you would possibly want to see under this tab is under “Forms” and then “Submissions.” Here you are able to see all of your pre-tour form submissions in one place.
Reputation: Your main hub for all things reviews. Here you can respond to recent reviews, as well as send review requests.
