Your Weddings Pipeline has 10 different pipeline stages. It's important to understand what each stage means.
- New Leads - People who requested your pricing pamphlet and have not responded
- Hot Leads - People that respond to the initial automated campaign
- Not Yet Ready- People who have responded to the initial automated campaign, but have said that they are not ready to schedule a tour yet. They are moved to this stage when you add the tag "Not yet Ready".
- Interested - When you get responses such as “Let me talk to my fiance and get back to you” or when you ask someone to schedule a tour and they don’t respond, our system will automatically take note of this, add them to the Interested stage in the pipeline, and if they don’t respond to you like they said they would, our system will follow up with them in 5 days.
- Tour Confirmed - When a tour has been scheduled on your weddings tour calendar
- Awaiting Tour Outcome - People that have toured the venue and are waiting for you to report the outcome of the tour using the Tour Outcome Survey (which will be found in your email 1hr after the tour)
- Cancelled - People who scheduled a tour but cancelled (and have not rescheduled)
- No Show - People who scheduled a tour but didn’t show up (and have not rescheduled)
- Did Not Book - People who toured but haven’t signed a contract with you yet
- Booked - People who booked with your venue
